If you are unable to attend your pending or confirmed appointment for any reason, please give us a call or email us as soon as possible

You must: cancel or re-schedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

If you arrive late but still within your appointment slot (30 minutes), we will do our best to see you. However, you may be asked to rebook it.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and customers on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.
